Get started, recover account access or find help before joining a workspace.

Getting started

Start here: choose the right account

Company owners, invited employees, applicants and ticket buyers use different journeys.

Steps

  1. Company owner: choose Create workspace and register your organisation.
  2. Employee: ask your employer for your login ID and setup link. Do not create a second company workspace.
  3. Applicant: open the company’s public vacancy and use its application form.
  4. Ticket buyer: use the separate ticket website and My tickets; management credentials are separate.

What happens next

You see only the modules and records your workspace and permissions allow.

Common questions and problems

  • Missing feature? It may be disabled or outside your access. Ask the workspace administrator.
Create and verify a workspace

Public registration creates a new company workspace, not an employee profile.

Steps

  1. Open Create workspace. Enter your name, company name, email and password.
  2. Read the current trial summary and required terms before submitting.
  3. Open the verification email; check junk mail or request a replacement verification email if needed.
  4. Sign in, choose available modules and complete the relevant setup checklist.

What happens next

The owner manages setup and access. Registration does not automatically make the owner a schedulable employee.

Common questions and problems

  • Email already registered? Use sign-in or owner password recovery rather than another registration.

Trial, modules and access

Registration and Workspace settings show current trial conditions and available modules.

Steps

  1. Read the current trial summary before creating a workspace.
  2. Choose only needed modules, then review setup and access status in Workspace settings.
  3. Contact support for extensions or access questions.

What happens next

Module availability also depends on application-owner configuration. Selection does not grant extra user permissions.

Common questions and problems

  • A module cannot be selected? It may not be offered to this workspace.
  • Viewing/export after the trial follows the current terms displayed in the application.

Includes workforce management, People & HR, recruitment and administration for up to 20 active employees. Events & ticketing is available separately and is not included in the free trial. No automatic payment is collected.

Account, privacy & support

Sign in and sign out

Use the management website for your workspace and the buyer website for ticket bookings.

Steps

  1. Enter your employer-issued User ID or administrator sign-in email and password.
  2. Use Show to check typing only when your screen is private.
  3. Use Remember me only on a trusted personal device; sign out on shared devices.

What happens next

Sign-in opens the pages your account is permitted to use.

Common questions and problems

  • Incorrect login? Check the exact ID and case-sensitive password; employees should ask their employer for the ID.
  • Temporary block? Follow the displayed wait message instead of repeatedly retrying.
  • Disabled account? A password reset does not reactivate access; contact your administrator.
Activate an employee account

An authorised administrator supplies your login ID and temporary setup link.

Steps

  1. Open the latest setup link from your employer.
  2. Choose your own password, then return to Sign in and use the supplied login ID.
  3. If the link is expired, used or replaced, request a new one from the administrator.

What happens next

Activation permits login but does not change employment details or grant unrelated permissions.

Common questions and problems

  • Never send your password, setup link or authentication code in a support message.
  • Missing invitation does not mean you should create a new company workspace.
Recover access or resend verification

Owner and employee account recovery use different routes.

Steps

  1. Workspace owner: choose Forgot password on Sign in and enter the registered email.
  2. Employee: request a new setup/reset link from an administrator with account-recovery access.
  3. For unverified registration use Resend verification email.
  4. Check junk mail and use the latest link to follow the displayed steps.

What happens next

Responses do not disclose whether another person has an account. New links can replace old links.

Common questions and problems

  • An expired link needs replacement. Password recovery cannot reactivate a disabled account.

Cookies, analytics and privacy choices

Necessary cookies support security and your cookie choice; optional public analytics needs your acceptance.

Steps

  1. Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics in the compact panel.
  2. Open Preferences for details about Clarity, clicks, scrolling and masked visit replays.
  3. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice later.
  4. Read Privacy for processing details and contacts.

What happens next

Rejecting analytics does not prevent app use. Analytics is not enabled inside the signed-in workspace.

Common questions and problems

  • Closing Preferences without saving keeps the previous choice.
  • Login, private forms and employee activity are outside the optional public-marketing recording scope.
Get support and report a problem

Choose the contact who can resolve the issue.

Steps

  1. Company records, access and schedules: contact your workspace administrator.
  2. Applications: contact the recruiter. Events/refunds: contact the organiser.
  3. Technical issue: use Contact & feedback with page name, steps, expected/actual result, device and language.
  4. Redact private data from screenshots and provide a safe reference where possible.

What happens next

Support never needs your password, authentication code or private setup link.

Common questions and problems

  • Do not create multiple accounts to work around disabled access.

Recruitment

Apply for a vacancy

Use the recruiting company’s public careers page and vacancy form.

Steps

  1. Open Careers, select a vacancy and check requirements, workplace and deadline.
  2. Enter requested contact details and upload supported documents within the shown limits.
  3. Review required declarations, submit once and keep the displayed reference/confirmation.

What happens next

An application does not create an employee account or guarantee an offer.

Common questions and problems

  • Vacancy unavailable? It may be unpublished, closed or expired.
  • Contact the recruiting company for application status, not your employer’s scheduler.
Careers

Tickets & events

Bookings and ticket-buyer help

Ticket help belongs to the separate ticket website.

Steps

  1. Check the event’s organiser, local time and booking terms.
  2. Use My tickets with the booking email and emailed code to retrieve the booking.
  3. Open the booking for downloads and cancellation options; contact the organiser about the event.

What happens next

Management and buyer accounts remain separate. Each ticket has its own private QR code.

Common questions and problems

  • Never publish a private booking link or QR code.
  • A cancellation request is not an automatic refund.
